These are the steps we take to ensure the best outcome.
Research.
APC Executive Search has maintained and updated an extensive
knowledge base of candidates who possess skills that place them at the
top of the banking profession. It is our long-term and trusted relationship
with a candidate that affords us an open dialogue and keeps the candidate
receptive and motivated to our recommendations. In many cases, by the
time we get a search assignment we have already identified a potential
candidate.
Due diligence.
At APC Executive Search we make every effort to pre-qualify
a candidate before suggesting an opportunity for career advancement.
Both the client and the candidate deserve the utmost professionalism
and we deliver that without compromise. We do a disservice to candidate
and client if we are not clear, concise and honest.
Collaboration.
Collaboration produces the identification of at least
one or in some cases several candidates all of which may posses a unique
combination of skills suited for the open position. As former industry
participants, our search consultants can offer many insights into our
candidates. We provide an objective consultation of each candidate being
considered and work in partnership with the clients hiring manager to
reach a decision void of emotion.
Evaluation.
Only after APC Executive Search personnel has completed the
due diligence process is a candidate recommended to our client. At that
time, we give the client our evaluation and impressions of the candidate
and discuss how and why we think the candidate will successfully fit
into their organization.
Negotiations.
Working out the details culminates the final negotiation.
On our clients’ behalf,
we attempt to remove the emotion from every decision making process and
replace it with pure facts about the candidate. For the candidate, making
a career decision is oftentimes emotional. Our role is to act as impartial
advisor on both sides of the equation to bring the process to a successful
conclusion
