Michael has more than 25 years experience in the Banking and Financial services industry.  He began his career in New York City with National Westminster Bank of London where he completed a formal bank-training program.  Just prior to leaving for California, he advanced to a senior management position at Barclays Bank. 

Since moving to California more than 15 years ago, he has held senior positions with several multinational banks in Los Angeles.  In 2000, he co-founded several companies, which concentrated on the identification, development, support and market penetration in selected industries. The area of Executive Search became his main focus. Currently, Michael is intricately involved with the growth and name recognition of APC Executive Search.

As a former Senior Management Member in the Banking and Financial Industry, Michael is well versed in the mechanics, realities and advantages of strategically placing leaders within an organization in order to gain market advantage.  Michael’s practical experience and well-established networking relationships throughout the Banking and Financial Services world greatly enhance the ability of APC Executive Search to elevate Human capital and provide its clients with today's leaders.

Michael's greatest strength has always been his ability to assess clients’ needs and create structured solutions to fill those needs.  By combining a fundamental and an intuitive grasp of the Executive Search Industry with 25 years of diverse experience in the Banking and Financial Industry, Michael creates innovative solutions for APC's clients.

Michael served on the Board of Directors of The Deacon Jones foundation and The Maple Counseling Center, as well as the Board of Advisors of I Have A Dream Foundation, On Target Marketing and Entertainment Retailing Unlimited.

Michael has held series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western New England College as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University.  Besides his traditional education, he received a Real Estate Diploma from New York University.
